If you are looking for one of the best app for kids but not looking for a game but rather a great story your child can read and one that you can read to your child then Sky Pals is a great fit and lots of fun. These are classic story books that you can use forever.
Parents and grand parents agree that this cute imaginative story is brilliant and it also has interactive elements so it works like an app in many ways. But the great thing is you can still read it to your child if you like or you can let them do the narration and other buttons. The new characters are weather related like Tommy Thunder, Larry Lightning, Wendy Wind and Randy Rain. This just in I saw a new children’s app for ipad and iphone that looks promising for children ages 0-5. It is called Sky Pals and really is neat. It introduces us to four new characters that we have known about for years but never new them by name, Tommy Thunder, Larry Lightning, Randy Rain and Wendy Wind. They are flying about in the sky bringing needed rain to Spreading Valley. It also has narration button for each page and wonderful sound effects for each page. This is going to be a classic.
